Petroleum Safety and Environmental Services Company (PETROSAFE) has been established in 1996, according to the investment laws and its executive regulations to serve the oil and gas sector as well as industrial and commercial sectors in Egypt and the region to ensure that occupational health, safety and environment activities are properly performed.
The company is one of the Egyptian petroleum sector companies owned 100% by The Egyptian Petroleum Corporation (EGPC).
